Christopher Anthony Floyd petitioned this Court for a writ of certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Criminal Appeals affirming Floyd’s capital-murder conviction- and 'his subsequent sentence of death. See Floyd v. State, 190 So.3d 940 (Ala.Crim.App.2007) (opinion on return to remand).
