After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

On’ September 28, 2012, the Alabama Supreme Court issued an opinion reversing this Court’s judgment and directing it to remand this case to the Circuit Court of Houston County with specific instructions. Ex parte Floyd, 190 So.3d 972 (Ala.2012).
