ORDER

DUPREE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Gilda A. Rogers, brings this action pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (“the Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), and Section 1631(c)(3) of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1383(c)(3), to.obtain judicial review of the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“the Secretary”) denying her widow’s insurance benefits claimed under Section 202(e) of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 402(e). The matter is presently before the court on both parties’ motions for summary judgment on the issue of whether or not the Secretary’s decision should be affirmed or…
