RUDMAN, Justice.

[¶ 1] Randy St. Pierre appeals from the judgments entered in the Superior Court (Knox County, Atwood, J.) following a jury verdict finding him guilty on two counts of unlawful sexual contact, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 255 (Supp.1996). 1 St. Pierre contends that: (1) the trial court erred when it failed to correctly instruct the jury regarding one of the elements of unlawful sexual contact and denied his request for a special verdict form, (2) he was denied a fair trial, and (3) there was insufficient evidence introduced at the trial to sustain his conviction.
