This is an original application for a writ of mandamus. In the petition for the writ, it is alleged that one of the relators is the state board of medical examiners of the state of Washington, and the other “the regularly retained and employed attorney and legal adviser of said board;” that the respondent is the auditor of the state of Washington; that, on the 15th day of August, 1914, the board audited and allowed the account of the relator Wardall for his services as such attorney at the sum of $200, and issued to him a voucher therefor; that Wardall presented the voucher to the respondent…
