— The probate court overruled the respondent’s objections to a petition for distribution of the estate of Ella Wallace Perkins and entered judgment that he is not entitled to any part of her estate. Thereafter, on the respondent’s motion for a new trial, it entered another judgment which ordered distribution of all of the decedent’s estate, except $4,313, to him.
