MEMORANDUM OPINION
BLACKBURN, District Judge.
Currently before the court is Defendants’ Motion to Strike the Expert Testimony of Gunther and Motion for Summary Judgment filed by defendants Aligas, Inc. (“Aligas”), 1 Lampton-Love, Inc. (“Lamp-ton-Love”), Liquified Petroleum Gas Management, Inc. (“Liquified Petroleum”) and William Ervin (“Ervin”). 2 Plaintiffs P.
