Defendants contend that the trial court was without jurisdiction after December 4, 1939, to enter judgment against the Bergstrom Manufacturing Company because the action against the Company abated at the expiration of three years after certified copies of a resolution of dissolution of the Company were filed with the secretary of state and the register of deeds, on December 2 and 4, 1936, respectively.
