Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County (Clyne, J.), rendered December 29, 1981, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the first degree and grand *878larceny in the second degree. On April 29, 1981, defendant and Wayne Alderman were each indicted for first degree robbery, second degree robbery (two counts), second degree assault and second degree grand larceny.
