OPINION
EDWARD WEINFELD, District Judge.
Plaintiff, incarcerated at Eastern New York Correctional Facility (“Eastern New York”), appearing pro se, brings this suit in behalf of himself and “all others similarly situated presently and previously confined as inmates in the Eastern N.Y. Correctional Facility,” alleging violations of their rights under the Constitution of the United States, especially the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments, and 42 U.S.C., section 1983.
