WOLFE,-Justice.

Defendants, appellants here, were convicted of the crime of maliciously killing another’s animals.

The defendants prosecute this appeal maintaining that the trial court erred in two particulars. First, that there was error by the court in the admission of evidence tending to show that other and separate offenses were committed by defendants, thus prejudicing the jury.
