came before this court on January 8,1982 for hearing on a petition for determination of equitable distribution of marital property under section 401(d) of the Pennsylvania Divorce Code of April 2, 1980, P.L. 63,23 P.S. §401(d). The parties have stipulated that the only property subject to the petition is real estate situate at 15 Saul Street, Hempfield Township, Mercer County, Pa.
