Appellee, plaintiff below, filed this suit in the 58th district court of Jefferson County, Texas, against appellant, as defendant, seeking to recover damages for injuries to his wife, Leola Humphrey, alleged to have resulted frota, her falling while attempting to alight from a passenger bus operated by appellant; the fall of said Leola Humphrey alleged to have been caused by the driver of the bus having negligently started the bus to moving while she was in the act of alighting from the bus.
