The defendant, Design Land Developers of Milford, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion for contempt filed by the plaintiff, Arthur J. Rocque, Jr., the commissioner of environmental protection, for the defendant’s alleged violation of a stipulated judgment.
