My memorandum opinion and order of January 12, 1988, 679 F.Supp. 12, (Slip Op. 88-5) reversed in part and remanded for further proceedings the final determination of the Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (“ITA”), entitled Portable Electric Typewriters from Japan; Final Results of Administrative Review of Antidumping Order, 48 Fed.
