INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff brings this employment discrimination action on behalf of herself and similarly situated women pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”) and New York Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law § 296. Plaintiff, a Mexican national, applied in Mexico for temporary employment in the United States and came here to work under the federal guest worker visa program.
