GORTON, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Janice LaVallee (“LaVallee”) and Roderick LaVallee (collectively “the LaVallees”) assert claims against defendants ParroiAIce Drink Products of America, Inc., ParroNIce Drink Products of America, Ltd. (collectively “ParroL-Ice”) and Zaya Malik (“Malik”) based upon alleged deceitful acts and business practices. In the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that Parrot-Ice and Malik are liable for fraud and violations of M.G.L. c. 93A, and that Parrot-Ice is liable for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, quantum meruit, promissory estoppel…
