This is an action for misappropriation of trade secrets. Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, or for transfer to the Eastern District of Michigan, which was referred to Chief Magistrate Judge Kenneth P. Neiman for report and recommendation.
