Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for the death of her husband, a locomotive engineer in the employ of the Ann Arbor Road, alleged to *209have been caused by the negligence of the towerman in operating the interlocking apparatus and signal system at the crossing of the two roads at Milan in this State.
