ORDER
WOLF, District Judge.
On September 2,1997, the defendants filed and served a motion to dismiss all pending indictments, a memorandum of law in support of that motion, and a related affidavit of Attorney M. Cardinale, with attachments. Pursuant to the court’s Orders, the filings were made under seal because, as anticipated,- they include information derived from documents produced in discovery that are subject to a protective order prohibiting the parties from disclosing their contents without authorization of the court.
