Harold Cornish appeals the dismissal, for failure to state a claim, of his action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against his former employer and several of its employees for retaliatory discharge, violative of the First and Fourteenth Amendments. Fed. R. Crv. P. 12(b)(6). As alleged in his complaint: Cornish was employed as a correctional officer by Correctional Services Corp.
