Plaintiff-Appellant Angela Moody repeatedly sent mean-spirited messages to her ex-husband, Defendant-Appellee Scott Farrell. After Farrell complained to the police, Moody was arrested for felony cy-berstalking, a charge that was later dropped. Moody then sued Farrell and others under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that her First and Fourth Amendment rights had been violated. The district court granted summary judgment on the ground that Moody could not prove Farrell was a state actor for purposes of § 1983. For the reasons stated below, we AFFIRM.
