Before this court is the fee application filed by Maselli Warren, P.C. (the “Appli cant”) as counsel to the chapter 7 debtor, Brierwood Manor, Inc. (the “Debtor”). Applicant seeks allowance for fees of $4,545.00 and reimbursement of expenses of $99.88 for its representation of the Debtor after conversion of the Debtor’s ease from chapter 11 to chapter 7 and the appointment of a chapter 7 trustee. 1 Theodore J.
