MEMORANDUM
BRUCE FOX, Bankruptcy Judge.
Jennings Sigmond, P.C. has filed a final fee application pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330(a) in the above-captioned case. Jennings, as the successor in interest to Sa-got, Jennings & Sigmond, requests an award of compensation as special counsel to the chapter 7 trustee in the amount of $706,639.00 for services rendered, plus $93,024.84 for reimbursement of expenses.
