By Notice of Motion dated January 22, 2002, Charles H. Scupp, Esq. (“Scupp or Debtor’s Counsel”), seeks an order granting him reasonable compensation for services that he performed as counsel for the Debtor while the case was being administered in Chapter 11 and, thereafter, in Chapter 7.
