The present appeal is taken from a dismissal of the plaintiff’s action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly suffered aboard the M/Y Tennessee on the Mississippi River on approximately March 2, 1978. The question presented here is whether that action is barred on res judicata grounds due to a dismissal with prejudice in Federal court of a prior action brought by the plaintiff.
