Defendant, a California partnership, appeals from the judgment in this condemnation case, asserting that various rulings of the trial court prevented it from presenting evidence that was essential to determining the value of the property. We affirm.
At the time of the taking, defendant owned both the Bend River Mall along Highway 97 in the northern portion of Bend and an additional 14 acres of undeveloped land that was located between the mall on the west and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad tracks on the east.
