By notice of motion dated August 28, 2012 (Docket1 Item 425), lead plaintiff Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana (“TRSL”) and plaintiffs Christine Fleckles, Julie Pe-russe and Aden Chase (collectively, -with TRSL, “Plaintiffs”) move for sanctions, including an adverse-inference jury instruction, against defendant Pfizer, Inc.
