Plaintiff Bernard Goonewardena brings this discrimination and retaliation action against his former' employer, the New York Workers’ Compensation Board (the *330“WCB”) and his former supervisor, Winston Farnum. Plaintiff asserts claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), and the New York .City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”). Following a three-day bench trial, judgment shall be entered for Defendants.1
