ARCARA, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, the National Electrical Benefit Fund (“NEBF”) and the Health, Pension, and Annuity Funds of Local 41 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (“Local 41 Funds”) brought this action pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., seeking monetary and injunctive relief to redress violations of § 515 of ERISA, 29 U.S.C. § 1145.
