— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Lawrence, J.), rendered November 8, 1982, convicting him of attempted assault in the second degree and burglary in the third degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which sought the suppression of evidence.
Judgment affirmed.
