Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kreindler, J.), rendered January 4, 1980, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree (two counts) and assault in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress certain statements and physical evidence seized upon his arrest. Judgment affirmed.
