Defendant is charged with manslaughter in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.15 [1]) and criminally negligent homicide (Penal Law § 125.10), in connection with an incident that occurred in the City of Rochester, County of Monroe, on or about October 6, 2013. Defendant has moved to suppress statement evidence. The statement evidence consists of four separate oral statements made by defendant.
