This is an appeal from a grant of a motion to stay arbitration. Appellants, members1 of a Delaware limited liability company, initiated the arbitration proceeding against appellees — majority members of a subsidiary Delaware LLC — in relation to a dispute over the ownership and control of the two companies. In granting the stay requested by appellees, the trial court found that the dispute “includes no arbi-trable issues.” We hold that under Delaware law, which applies to the agreements in this case, the court properly exercised its jurisdiction to decide the…
