OPINION

JACKSON, Judge:

¶ 1 Pat Deeius, Diane Gallegos, Lorraine Mottes, and Ila Cash (collectively, Plaintiffs) appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of- Action Collection Service, Inc. (Action). We affirm.

BACKGROUND
