THOMPSON, Circuit Judge.. The appellee brought two suits in trespass against the appellant to recover damages for its alleged negligence in causing the death of her husband, Stanley Stankus, and her minor daughter, Julia Stankus. Verdicts were returned for the appellee and judgments entered thereon.
The appellant’s train collided with an automobile driven by Stanley Stankus, in which Julia Stankus was a passenger, at a crossing of a public highway over the appellant’s double traeks. The view from the highway, upon approach to the traeks, in the direction from which the train approached, is…
