Defendant Eugene Reznik (“Reznik”) has appealed the entry of a default judgment and other sanctions imposed by the trial court for his repeated and intentional violation of court orders.
There was no error.
The Jillson Company, Inc. (“Jillson”) filed a small claims action against Reznik after he ignored repeated demands to pay $1,545.00 for the surveying work performed by Jillson at Reznik’s house in Weston pursuant to the parties’ written contract.
