Plaintiff brought this action in Barry County, Missouri, to condemn an easement across the farm of the defendants for the purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining an electrical transmission line. Thereafter, the commissioners appointed by the court found the amount of defendants’ damages sustained by the condemnation to be $1,955. Exceptions to the report were filed by both plaintiff and defendants.
