This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Madison county in a condemnation proceeding instituted by appellant, the Illinois Power and Light Corporation, against appellees, Eliza Barnett and others and Jesse A. Grainey and others, to establish an electric transmission line. The original petition did not include damages to land not taken outside of a 66-foot strip, and appellees filed a cross-petition claiming damages to all lands not taken.
