ABERNATHY, Judge:

At general court-martial before members appellant faced charges alleging violations of Articles 81, 108, 110 and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 908, 910 and 928. He pled guilty under Article 81, UCMJ, to conspiring to assault a fellow-crewmember; under Article 108, UCMJ, to willfully damaging his ship, the USS Barnstable County (LST 1197), by pouring paint down her outer sides.
