LISS, Judge.

This is an appeal by Maxwell Hall, appellant, from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County affirming a decision rendered by the Workmen’s Compensation Commission.

On October 2, 1975, appellant, while in the course of his employment as a heavy equipment operator with one of the appellees, Willard Sand and Gravel Co., 1 fell from a machine approximately fifteen feet, landing on and injuring his back.
