Defendant-appellant, Frank Bruce, Jr., appeals convictions in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas for aggravated vehicular assault, driving under suspension, and failure to show proof of financial responsibility.

On November 10, 1993, the Butler County Grand Jury returned a five-count indictment against appellant as a result of an accident in which appellant lost control of his vehicle, crossed the center line of the road, and collided head-on with a vehicle occupied by David and Marie Hill.
