In October 2014, a federal grand jury returned a one-count indictment against Agustín Lopez-Collazo, charging him with illegal reentry into the United States, without consent, after having been previously removed from the country following conviction of an aggravated felony, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a) & (b)(2).
