Plaintiff Gennifer Flowers commenced this diversity action on November 18,1999, against Defendants James Carville, George Stephanopoulos, and Little, Brown & Company. The Complaint was amended on January 20, 2000, to add Hillary Rod-ham Clinton as a Defendant. The First Amended Complaint contained causes of action for defamation, false light, invasion of privacy, and conspiracy. In March of 2000, the Defendants filed motions to dismiss.
