Plaintiff Linda Szollosy brought this action as parent and next friend of her minor son Charles “Dean” Szollosy, seeking damages for injuries suffered by Dean Szollosy during a September 1998 vacation in the Cayman Islands. 1 Linda Szollosy’s complaint contains five counts, alleging the common law torts of negligence and breach of warranty by defendants Hyatt Corporation (“Hyatt”) and Hyatt Britannia Corporation Ltd.
