THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the Defendant’s Motion to Compel Plaintiff to Appear for Rule 35 Examination (Docket Entry 21), which was referred to United States Magistrate Judge Lurana S. Snow. The plaintiff, who resides in Delray Beach, which is in Palm Beach County, Florida, filed the instant complaint in federal court in Broward County, as required by her cruise ticket’s forum selection clause.
