OPINION

WEISBERGER, Justice.

This workers’ compensation case comes before us on the employee’s petition for certiorari to review a final decree of the appellate commission finding that the employee had failed to prove by a fair preponderance of credible evidence a recurrence of her incapacity for work. We affirm. The facts pertinent to the employee’s petition are as follows.
