OPINION

SHEA, Justice.

This matter comes before the Supreme Court pursuant to the petition of Joseph Costello (Costello or employee) for certiora-*442ri to review an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appellate Division denying his appeal from a trial judge’s decision that denied his petition to review in which he sought a resumption of disability payments. We affirm the decree of the Appellate Division.
