This is an employer’s petition to review a decree under the Workers’ Compensation Act 1 ordering benefits to an employee for partial incapacity resulting from an injury sustained in the course of her employment. The trial commission ordered the suspension of all future compensation payments under the decree pursuant to G.L. 1956 (1968 Reenactment) §28-35-45 on the basis that the employee’s disability for work had ended.
