In this rear-end collision case appellants contend that there was insufficient evidence to justify the contributory negligence instruction No. 7 submitting that “Plaintiff J. C. Brassfield suddenly slowed his automobile on the highway without first giving an adequate and timely warning of his intention to slow.” It is further contended that there was not sufficient evidence to justify the submission that the alleged sudden slowing was negligent, and to justify a finding that Brassfield’s alleged failure to have given an adequate and timely warning was the proximate…
